Doctor Who is the most successful BBC science fiction series, enrolling the story of a time-traveller known as The Doctor, and his adventures. The show has won over both critics and audiences worldwide and earned the 2006 British Academy Television Award for Best Drama Series and five consecutive awards at the National Television Awards from 2005 to 2010.
